Lancaster Airport Authority Frequent Flyer Rewards Program
Rules and Regulations
The Lancaster Airport Authority is sponsoring and administering several Rewards Programs with the purpose of promoting commercial air traffic to and from Lancaster Airport. All programs began February 1, 2004, and will continue on a monthly basis until notice of the program(s) termination is posted at the Authority office. To follow are the rules and conditions of the program(s) which shall also be posted at the Authority office:
- Open to all travelers who are ''Medal Members'' Frequent Flyer Programs administered by major airlines at the time of travel or fly on major commercial airlines at least 10 round trip flights per year.
- Applicants must register for all rewards programs online at www.lancasterairport.com (see below) or at Lancaster Airport Authority office at 500 Airport Road, Ste. G, Lititz, PA 17543, 717-569-1221, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
- Applicants will be sent an identification card which is to be used during air travel in order to accurately credit their travel activity to and from LNS. In addition, fare and destination information must be submitted for the purpose of gathering information which will be used to better plan, improve and enhance air service. This information will not be identified with the passenger's name.
- Lancaster Airport Authority shall issue five (5) Lancaster Airport Dollars to the passenger for each paid outbound trip on Cape Air from Lancaster Airport. Payments shall be made at the end of each calendar month.
- Monthly, a first prize of $100.00 in Lancaster Airport Dollars will be awarded to the individual who has traveled the most often on Cape Air from Lancaster. It is a condition for the payment of the award that the passenger(s) have flown at least 2 outbound segments. In the event of a tie, the monthly prize(s) will be split. In addition, the individuals who have traveled the most in each specified quarter will earn the following:
- First Prize: $100.00 LNS Dollars
- Second Prize: $50.00 LNS Dollars
- Third Prize: $25.00 LNS Dollars
- Determinations as to who is entitled to prizes shall be made by the Lancaster Airport Authority in accordance with the rules and conditions set forth herein.
- Airport Dollars awarded herein are non-transferrable and must be used by the recipient within six (6) months of issuance.
- Round trip shall mean a trip on a complete air travel itinerary which terminates at the origin point.
- All benefits under the above program(s) are subject to continuation of the program. Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to terminate program(s) at any time. If said programs are terminated, said notice of termination shall be posted at Lancaster Airport Authority offices.

I wish to participate in the Lancaster Airport Authority Rewards Program and certify that I am eligible to participate in the program under the guidelines set forth above. I have read, understand and agree to the above terms and conditions of the Program. I agree to provide information, and hereby consent to and authorize the release of information to Lancaster Airport Authority regarding my air travel destination and ticket price so that information can be used by the Airport Authority in better planning and enhancing commercial air service. I understand that my personal travel information will only be used by the airport authority and not released to any third party.
